GDPR — Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) you have the following rights:

✅ RIGHT OF ACCESS

To find out what data we hold about you and to receive a copy. The agent can export all of their data to an Excel file from Settings → Export. The client sees all of their data inside the app and can request a copy from their agent.

✏️ RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION

To correct inaccurate details. The client sends a correction request from the app's Settings (approved by the agent); the agent edits their own details directly.

🗑 RIGHT TO ERASURE ("right to be forgotten")

To have your data deleted. Use "Delete account" in Settings. For the agent, ALL of their data is permanently deleted. For the client, the access account is deleted; the insurance file is kept by the agent (the Data Controller) for as long as insurance and tax law requires — for full erasure, contact them as well.

⏸ RIGHT TO RESTRICTION & OBJECTION

To restrict or object to specific processing, for example to withdraw consent for communication (tell your agent or us). To stop the annual review email about your life policy, reply to one of them or tell your agent — you will not receive it again.

📦 RIGHT TO PORTABILITY

To receive your data in a structured, readable format (CSV/Excel through Export or on request).

🤖 AUTOMATED DECISIONS

GuardiaCRM does NOT take automated decisions producing legal effects for you. All AI suggestions are approved by a human (the agent) before they are carried out.

⏱ RESPONSE TIME

We respond to requests within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are being infringed, you may contact the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence. The authority where we are established is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (Cyprus) — dataprotection.gov.cy
